It is produced from sugar cane molasses and is aged in American white oak barrels for a minimum of 30 years. Then, a small amount of the 50+ year old rum is mixed with the 30 year old rum to create the final blend. The result is a dark and complex rum with notes of dried fruits, spices, caramel, vanilla and oak. It is a smooth, round and balanced rum, with a long and smooth finish.
