TEQUILA

Nose: Accents of vanilla, meringue, honey and fruit. Well-marked ripe roasted agave flavour. Notes of caramel and vanilla in the background. Smooth and persistent finish, with notes of sweet cooked agave and walnut cake.

Cristal·lí, both definite aromas of atzavara in combination with fresh citrus notes of lemon, lime and taroja, its flavor is sweet, d'atzavara incredibly pure and hints of citrus

On the palate its taste is soft and docile, tasty but light, with the character of a wine mixed with soft and dry fruits, chocolate, nuts and spices.

Don Julio 1942 obtains a characteristic aroma of caramel with notes of vanilla that are complemented by a slight flavor of cinnamon. The latter has a strong presence on the palate, where hints of pepper and butter can also be appreciated.

It stands out on the nose for its hints of citrus and green agave. On the palate, it is fruity with notes of agave, how could it be otherwise, vanilla and grapefruit. It has a particularly long finish.

On the nose it is complex, frank and elegant. On the palate toasted flavors, very soft and persistent.
