The Deacon is a masterful blend of smoky Speyside single malts and peated Islay single malts, resulting in a complex, rich and smoky whisky. In our blend, the Islay single malts have a distinctive peaty smoky flavour, whilst the mainland single malts have a smoky campfire-like character. A nose of charred orange, malty sweet biscuits and wood smoke gives way to juicy orange on the palate alongside delicate spices and tangy peat. The finish is both sweet and smoky, long and smooth.

Flavor of hazelnuts, honey, sherry and oranges, to later release secrets such as ginger, kumquat, sandalwood and dark chocolate. Then, the sweetness of honey emerges, accompanied by hints of pepper and dried fruit that give way to a long, lasting and smooth finish of perfectly balanced subtle smoke.

Monkey Shoulder is an easy drinking blend of three single malts. It produces a complex range of delicious flavors that move in the mouth. A truly tasty whiskey. It has light and delicate notes of vanilla on the nose. Fruity, malty, soft and slightly honeyed. Soft and round flavor with sweet touches of malt, vanilla and orange marmalade. You will enjoy its bright amber color and its aroma of great finesse and freshness. A sweet aroma with notes of citrus and fruits with hints of caramel, cream and milk chocolate. And you will undoubtedly be won over by its flavor with accents of citrus peel. Its fine texture with notes of cedar and cocoa ends in a moderately long and warm finish, with notes of spicy spices. A bit of menthol mixes with velvety tannins and cocoa grass-covered shadow. The final finishes in a dry, slightly salty flavor illuminated fine aromas of almond and apple.
